Common Questions
How long does a typical tile project take?
Most shower installs take 2–4 days. Full bathroom remodels typically run 4–7 days depending on scope. We give you a firm schedule before we start and honor it — no open-ended timelines.
Do you handle the waterproofing, or is that a separate contractor?
We handle it all. Waterproofing is built into every shower and wet-area install we do. We use industry-leading systems and don’t cut corners — it’s what separates a lasting install from one that fails in two years.
Can you help with tile selection, or do I need to bring my own?
Both work. We’re happy to advise on tile that fits your space, budget, and design direction. If you’ve already sourced your material, we’ll work with it. We have relationships with local suppliers and can help you get exactly what you’re looking for.
Do you work with custom builders and general contractors?
Yes — a significant portion of our work is commercial-adjacent residential: custom builds, spec homes, and high-end remodels through GCs. We coordinate with other trades, provide accurate scheduling, and communicate like a professional sub should.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the full Wasatch Front — Utah County, Salt Lake Valley, Davis and Weber counties, Summit County (Park City area), and Cache Valley up through Logan. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just call or text us.
What's included in your craftsmanship warranty?
Every install is backed by a 12-month craftsmanship warranty. If anything related to our installation fails — grout cracking, tiles shifting, waterproofing issues — we come back and fix it at no charge.
